A mop and bucket are still often used for maintenance cleaning operations in washrooms, showrooms and bars. But these manual cleaning tasks can be performed faster, more effectively and more hygienically with the Kärcher BR 30/4 scrubber dryer. The unit has a roller brush and is worthwhile for hard surfaces with an area of about 20 m² and more.

The contact pressure of the roller brush is ten times higher than that exerted with a mop during manual cleaning. This ensures that even grouting and fine stoneware tiles can be cleaned almost without effort. As the machine sprays water, scrubs and recovers the cleaning solution in a single pass, the floor is immediately dry – there is no risk of slipping.

In terms of appearance, the BR 30/4 C resembles an upright vacuum cleaner. It is also just as manoeuvrable and easy to handle. It is pushed and pulled across the floor. The low profile brush head, with an under-ride height of only 7 cm, permits cleaning under furniture. The two-step method of cleaning can be used on heavily soiled floors in order to prolong the reaction time of the cleaning agent.

Weighing only 11 kg, the machine can be carried with ease – up or down stairs. The fresh and dirty water tanks can be removed separately for refilling or emptying at a sink.

The machine is ideally suited for use in households, small stores, boutiques, kitchens, sanitary facilities, petrol stations, supermarkets, wellness areas, hotels, lodges, fast-food chains, etc.
